Snow overnight. Rather
foggy with it. Packed up
and travelled East out of Prague. Destination
only vaguely know. Saw a
Tesco Hypermarket near Brno. As
it was about lunchtime and we had no bread, we felt that we had to
investigate. It was an
absolutely massive, very modern shopping centre with Tescos, Ikea,
McDonalds and numerous other shops.
Tramped around Tescos looking for bread – it took ages as the
shop sold everything from food to skis and even fairly large car
trailers!
Continued on to Olomouc and around. Fog cleared up and we even saw some blue sky. Fairly industrial. Lots of skyscraper flats. Carried on to Roznov pod Radhostem, a touwn which the Guide said had a campsite ipen all year. And it was right – even if the reception wasn’t open and the guy we found to book in didn’t speak English and probably spoke less German than I do! Sign language works well. |
