| Long day – ½ bitumen, ½ gravel roads. Shocking corrugations in places (New Crown to Mount Dare) but wonderful wildflower display. The desert is really blooming. Stopped at Mt Dare and spent a pleasant afternoon and riotous evening chatting with folks in their bar. Excellent steaks and great company. |
