Stopped at Zebedee Springs on our way out of El Questro. The area has a hot spring which tumbles through pools in a palm fringed valley. We arrived early enough to have a private pool and waterfall to ourselves. A natural spa bath in a tropical forest.

We had also hoped to call into Emma Gorge on the way past but unfortunately a bush fire was still burning in the vicinity and the walk up to the gorge and pool was closed. The Gibb River Road is now extremely busy (we caught it at the right time) so we were extremely hot and dusty after driving the short distance to the sealed Great Northern Highway.

We returned to Kununurra and caught up with Barbara and Josef. Managed to pick up the air tickets from the travel agent. Had a celebratory BBQ with Josef and Barbara.
